Our Return and Replacement Policy ensures a smooth and fair process for our customers. Please read the terms below carefully:
Returns, replacements, or exchanges are available within 14 days of delivery.
These options are applicable only if the product received is damaged, defective, or if there is a size-related issue.
Not all products are covered under a uniform return policy. The specific return policy mentioned on each product page will override this general policy.

Pick-up and replacement services are only available at the original delivery address and cannot be redirected to a different location.

To ensure a smooth return or replacement process, the product will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
Correct Product
The product’s name, image, brand, serial number, article number, and barcode must match our records.
The MRP tag must be intact and clearly visible, just as it was received.
Complete Product
All original in-the-box accessories, freebies, and combo items (if applicable) must be included.
Unused Condition
The product must be unused, unwashed, and unsoiled.
It should be free of stains and have all original quality check seals, return tags, and warranty seals intact (where applicable).
Undamaged Product
The item must be free from physical damage, including scratches, dents, tears, or holes.
Undamaged Packaging
The product’s original box or packaging must be intact and undamaged.
Returns or replacements that do not meet these conditions may be declined.
Refunds are processed in accordance with our Return/Replacement Policy. Please review the conditions below:
Eligibility
Refunds are initiated only after the returned product is received and inspected, ensuring it meets the conditions outlined in our Return/Replacement Policy.
Refund for COD Orders
If you made a Cash on Delivery (COD) purchase and are eligible for a refund, you will be required to provide valid bank account details for processing.
Refunds will be credited to the specified bank account within 15 working days after product evaluation and account details submission.
Refund for Prepaid Orders
For prepaid transactions, refunds will be made directly to the original source of payment within 5–7 working days from the time of return confirmation.
Wallet Refunds
If the customer opts for a wallet refund, the amount will be credited within 24 hours after return verification.
Replacement Not Available
In rare cases where a replacement is not possible, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Customer-Initiated Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled by the customer within 30 minutes of placement.
Cancellation is not permitted once the order is out for delivery, but the customer may refuse the delivery at the doorstep.
Company-Initiated Cancellation
In the event of a cancellation by UniAid Orthotics Pvt. Ltd. due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., stock unavailability), a full refund will be processed for all prepaid orders.
Right to Cancel
UniAid Orthotics Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to accept or decline cancellation requests at its discretion at any time.
